Men seem to think that they are hard to read and even harder to figure out. However, if you have had any experience with men in general you will find that men are very easy to understand. For the most part, you can tell if a guy likes you by his body language and not so much by his words. If a guy stands close to you in a social setting, like what your best friend would; close enough to accidentally touch you, he likes you.
If a guy finds reasons during your conversation to lean in close to tell you something that is not a secret, he likes you. The one exception to this rule is gay men, as they will treat you like a girlfriend would but mean nothing at all by it. If a guy sits close enough to rub elbows with you when there is plenty of room in the area to sit down, he likes you. If a guy comments on your hair, he really likes you. Men don’t normally care what a girl’s hair looks like, so this means he is looking for an excuse to say something nice to you.
When you are talking, if a guy looks more at your chest than at your face he does not like you, but he likes your body; stay away from this guy. If a guy will go to a chick flick with you and does not complain, he likes you. If a guy passes up time hanging out with his friends to come sit with you while you are studying, he likes you. If a guy waits for you outside of class without his friends, he likes you.
If you tell a guy you like him, and he asks for your phone number he likes you. If a guy leaves you gifts at your locker at school, he likes you. When hanging out with your friends, if a guy walks over into the crowd of girls and says something nice about one of them just to get on your good side, he likes you.
One of my greatest fears was never finding true love and end up in an unfulfilling relationship or even worse end up alone.
